Terms and conditions:

- Tournament is valid form January 5th to Feburary 14th 2010
- Packages are valid for the WSOP 2010.
- Prizes are neither exchangeable nor transferable and can not be converted into money. You must play or declare your prize forfeit
- Poker770 reserves the right not to reward players who are suspected of slowing down the game or of collusion.
- Only the Valentine's Day Tournament tables, Cash tables and Valentine's Day Sit'n'Go are taken into account.
- All decisions made by Poker770 are final and not subject to appeal.
- The departure is from Paris; all extra departure costs will be at the expense of the qualified player.

- The big winner(s) agree(s) to:
- be of legal age (21) in the United States at the time of the tournament) to take advantage of the package. No refund on the package will be made if the players are not of the minimum age required.
- represent Poker770 colours at the Las Vegas tournaments, specifically by wearing Poker770 branded clothing
- to make a daily report of your experiences at the tournament, along with photos. This report can be used and published by Poker770 marketing support.
- the release of interviews and photos on the site, as well as any other Poker770 marketing support.
