- Collusion

- Server Failure

If, during the server failure, the player had chips on the table, the game will be cancelled and all chips from the table and those of the game will be returned to his/her account.

However, Club Poker770 , its partners, agents and distributors, are not held liable for any potential losses resulting from the cases of 'Act of God'.

- Respecting game rules

Players have to abide by the rules concerning 'the bets placed at the table', as set out in the Club Poker770 Registration Form. In particular, a player is not authorised to place a bet exceeding the maximum amount of the chips accumulated on the game table at the beginning of the round.

The players are authorised to buy extra chips only between each hand. They are not authorised to take the money from the game table during the round.

- Abusive language

All abusive conduct or language found by Club Poker770 Management or reported to it will be severely punished. This could result in suspension of your player rights or other action.

- Competent jurisdictions

The law differs from one country to another and it remains the player's sole responsibility to be informed and fully acquainted with the rules and regulations in use concerning the age of legal majority at their place of residence and to abide by them.

- Disputes resolution

Any dispute or disagreement among the players or between several of them and Club Poker770 will be adjudicated by Club Poker770 who will make the final decision that will be enforceable in all respects.
